摘　　要：目的:探讨埋入式垂直原位真皮内褥式缝合法在修复鼻部创面中的应用,以达到对有张力、皮肤脆性较大的鼻部切口的闭合。方法:选取笔者医院2022年6月-2022年9月收治的鼻部色素痣患者10例,皮损大小0.5cm×0.6cm~0.7cm×0.9cm,在预计能直接拉拢缝合的前提下,采用在皮肤表面同一进/出针点、真皮全层的垂直褥式缝合方法缝合有张力、皮肤组织脆性较大部位的切口,并将缝合线埋入皮肤内部。结果:手术切除皮损、创面缝合后,所有切口均对合整齐,全部一期愈合。结论:对有张力、鼻部等脆性较大部位切口的闭合,埋入式垂直原位真皮内褥式缝合法较常规的传统皮内缝合方法具有明显的抗张力优越性,符合美容要求。Objective To explore the application of buried vertical in situ dermal mattress suture in the repair of nasal wounds,in order to close the nasal incision with tension and skin fragility.Methods Ten patients with nasal pigmented nevus admitted to the author's hospital from June 2022 to September 2022 were selected.The size of the lesions ranged from 0.5 cm×0.6 cm-0.7 cm×0.9 cm.On the assumption that it can be directly drawn and stitched,there were used the vertical mattress suture method with the same needle entry/exit point on the skin surfaces and the whole layer of dermis were used to suture the incision with tension and skin tissue brittleness,and the sutures were buried in the skin.Results After the skin lesion were removed,all incisions were aligned neatly and all healed in one stage.Conclusion For the closure of the incision with tension and the fragile part of the nose,the buried vertical in situ dermal mattress suture method has obvious anti-tension advantages over the conventional intradermal suture method,which meets the aesthetic requirements.
