摘　　要：目的:探究不同专业背景人士对上颌尖牙转矩微笑美观的感知差异。方法:一张成年女性口周微笑相,经过三维数字化模型和图像处理软件拟合,尖牙转矩调整为-18°、-13°、-8°、-3°、2°、7°、12°,不同尖牙转矩的照片被随机分配,指导120名口腔专业人士和120名非专业人士利用视觉模拟量表对图像的美观程度进行打分。结果用方差分析和独立样本t检验进行统计分析。结果:①尖牙转矩对微笑美观的影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②专业组对微笑美观的评分高于非专业组,且非专业组认为转矩为12°时美观程度最高(61.96±18.67),转矩为-18°时美观程度最低(52.49±21.04)(P<0.05);③性别对审美影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尖牙转矩对微笑美观有影响,专业组对微笑美观的接受度更高,性别不会影响微笑感知。Objective The study was to explore the differences in the perception of smile aesthetics of maxillary canine torque among people from different professional backgrounds.Methods An adult female perioral smile photograph,fitted with a 3D digital model and image processing software,with the canine torques adjusted to-18°,-13°,-8°,-3°,2°,7°,12°.Photographs of different canine torques were randomly assigned and 120 dental professionals and 120 laypersons were instructed to rate the aesthetics of the photograph using visual analogue measures.The results were statistically analysed using ANOVA and independent samples t-test.Results①The influence of canine torque on smile appearance was statistically different(P<0.05).②The professional group scored higher on the beauty of smile than the non-professional group,and the non-professional group believed that the beauty degree was the highest when the torque was 12°(61.96±18.67),and the beauty degree was the lowest when the torque was-18°(52.49±21.04),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).③Gender has no statistical difference in aesthetic impact(P<0.05).Conclusion The canine torque has influence on the smile esthetics,professional groups have a higher acceptance of aesthetics,gender will not affect smile perception.
