摘  要:以果树喷雾施药智能控制为研究对象,利用植保无人机进行果树施药区域像控点测量,结合激光雷达进行施药区域的精准获取,再利用工控机对像控测量点数据和激光雷达数据进行分析计算,生成施药喷头精准控制指令,并发送至主控制器,驱动喷头推杆电机调节电动推杆的位移值,完成施药喷头的智能化控制。试验结果表明:该控制方法能够满足果树树冠的喷雾施药需求,且可对施药喷头进行精准化智能控制。This paper takes the intelligent control of spray spraying for fruit trees is taken as the research object.The plant control UAV is used to measure the image control points in the area of fruit tree spraying,and the precise acquisition of the pesticide area is carried out with the laser radar.The industrial control computer is used to analyze and calculate the data of the image control points and the lidar data,and generate precise control instructions for the spraying applicators,and send them to the master controller.Drive the nozzle push rod motor,adjust the displacement value of the electric push rod,and complete the intelligent control of the applicator.The system experiment results show that the control method can meet the spray spraying requirement of fruit tree crown,and can precisely control the spraying nozzle accurately.
