导师语言框架对制造业员工工匠精神的双刃剑效应

摘　　要：工匠精神是推动制造业转型的基本要求和现实路径。导师语言框架对制造业员工工匠精神培育具有积极影响。工作促进焦点在促进语言框架与工匠精神之间发挥部分中介作用;工作防御焦点在防御语言框架与工匠精神之间起部分中介作用。导师组织代表性不仅正向调节导师语言框架对工作调节焦点的影响,同时调节工作调节焦点在导师语言框架与徒弟工匠精神之间的间接效应。The craftsman spirit is the inevitable requirement and realistic path to promote the transformation of China′s manufacturing industry.Tutor language framework has a positive impact on the cultivation of artisan spirit of manufacturing employees;job promotion focus plays a partial mediating role in promoting language framework and craftsman spirit;The focus of work defense plays a partial mediating role between defense language framework and craftsman spirit.The organizational representativeness of mentors not only positively moderates the influence of mentors′language framework on the focus of job regulation,but also moderates the indirect effect of the focus of job regulation on the relationship between mentors′language framework and apprentices′craftsman spirit.
