温度荷载作用下宽窄接缝状态变化规律研究

摘  要:宽窄接缝属于CRTSII型无砟轨道结构的薄弱环节,其状态也是影响行车安全的重要指标。针对宽窄接缝的状态问题,通过建立标准试件分析温度荷载作用下宽窄接缝的状态变化规律,在试验的基础上建立有限元模型进行仿真分析。结果表明,随着温度循环作用次数增加,试件承载力逐渐降低,30次温度循环试件承载力降低为初始的41.16%。仿真可知宽窄接缝内部应力也随之变大,30次温度循环作用内部应力最大值为初始的2.1倍,试件伤损由界面伤损逐渐发展为结构破坏。The wide and narrow joints belong to the weak link of the CRTSII type ballastless track structure,and its state is also an important indicator that affects the driving safety.Aiming at the state problem of the wide and narrow joints,the state change law of the wide and narrow joints under the action of temperature load is analyzed by establishing a standard specimen,and a finite element model is established on the basis of the test for simulation analysis.The results show that the bearing capacity of the specimen decreases gradually with the increase of the number of temperature cycles,and the bearing capacity of the specimen after 30 temperature cycles decreases to 41.16%of the initial value.The simulation shows that the internal stress of the wide and narrow joints also increases,and the maximum internal stress of 30 temperature cycles is 2.1 times the initial value,and the damage of the specimen gradually develops from interface damage to structural damage.
