基于区分性评价理论的教学评价方法研究

摘  要:目前的教学评价中,采用统一的标准对不同类型的教师进行评价,教师参与度不高、评价结果运用不充分。本文将区分性评价理论引入教学评价中,充分考虑教师间的差异,对不同类型的教师采用不同的教学考核指标,建立全面的、注重过程和教师职业发展的教学评价模型。为了充分发挥教学评价模型的有效性,提出了面向师生共同体筑基、强能的区分性评价体系建设路径,使得教学评价导向人性化、评价主体多元化、评价内容多维化、评价方法多样化。In the current teaching evaluation,different kinds of teachers are evaluated by the same standard,teachers'participation is not adequate,the evaluation result is not fully used.A comprehensive and process-oriented teaching evaluation model is established by introducing the theory of discriminative evaluation.In the teaching evaluation model,differences among teachers are fully considered,teachers'self-reflection is introduced,teachers'professional development is focused.In order to play the effectiveness of teaching evaluation model,the construction path of distinctive evaluation system is proposed which build foundation and strengthen ability for teacher-student community.As a result,human-centred evaluation orientation,multiple evaluation participants,multi-dimensional evaluation content and diverse evaluation methods are constructed.
