摘  要:研究以案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)为基础的情景模拟双轨教学模式应用于心血管内科护理人员规范化培训中的效果。选择重庆市中医院南桥寺院部心血管内科2021—2022年60名新入规培护士作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30,实施常规教学模式进行带教)和观察组(n=30,实施以CBL为基础的情景模拟双轨教学模式进行带教),比较两组规培护士的GSES评分及CIRN评分,理论考核成绩、实践考核成绩,岗前操作培训满意度,操作考核各个条目得分。研究发现,心血管内科护士的规范化培训过程中,应用以CBL为基础的情景模拟双轨教学模式进行带教,可进一步增加规培护士的理论以及实践操作评分,提高培训满意度、护士的自我效能感评分和核心能力,应用价值高,值得推广。To study the effect of case-based learning(CBL)-based scenario simulation dual-track teaching mode in the standardized training of cardiovascular medicine nursing staff.60 newly enrolled nurses from the Department of Cardiology of Nanqiao Temple of Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects from 2021 to 2022,and the random number table method was divided into a control group(n=30,the implementation of conventional teaching mode for teaching)and an observation group(n=30,the implementation of CBL-based scenario simulation dual-track teaching mode for teaching),and compared the GSES score and CIRN score of the two groups of nurses,theoretical assessment results,practical assessment results,and pre-service operation training satisfaction.The operation evaluates the score of each item.It is found that in the standardized training process of cardiovascular medicine nurses,the use of CBL-based scenario simulation dual-track teaching mode can further increase the theoretical and practical operation scores of the nurses trained,improve the training satisfaction,the self-efficacy score and core ability of nurses,and the application value is high and worthy of promotion.
