摘 要:利用简单的水热合成法,成功合成高质量的SnO晶体。并通过控制溶液的pH实现对SnO晶体形貌和结构的调控。通过X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对其结构和形貌进行测试表征,测试结果表明,当溶液pH=11时,水热合成得到的SnO晶粒结构完整,形貌和横向尺寸最佳。之后通过透明胶带机械剥离制备2D SnO纳米片,电子力显微镜测试结果表明,2D SnO纳米片仍保持SnO块体P型导电的特性。High-quality SnO crystals were successfully synthesized by a simple hydrothermal synthesis method.The morphology and structure of SnO crystals can be controlled by controlling the pH value of the solution.The structure and morphology of SnO were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the grain structure of SnO obtained by hydrothermal synthesis was complete and the morphology and transverse size were the best when pH=11.Then,2D SnO nanosheets were prepared by mechanical peeling of scotch tape.The results of electron force microscopy showed that 2D SnO nanosheets still maintained the P-type conduction characteristics of SnO blocks.
