不能切除和复发的局部进展期胃癌放疗效果研究

摘　　要：对不能切除和复发的局部进展期胃癌的患者应用放疗的效果进行分析与研究。选取青海省第五人民医院2020年—2022年收治的胃癌患者作为研究的样本,采用纳入与排除的方式从中选取不能切除和复发的局部进展期胃癌患者64例,其中治疗后复发患者26例,不能切除的患者38例,将复发患者作为A组,不能切除的患者作为B组,对两组患者采用放疗方式进行治疗,整理两组患者疾病的缓解情况,并分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果显示,在为患者应用放疗的情况下,患者的疾病缓解情况较为显著,同时根据患者的胃癌情况为患者采取不同方式的化疗治疗能够显著提升患者的治疗效果,使患者的生活质量显著提升,并且能够优化患者术后的康复效果,减少患者术后胃癌的复发。Analyze and study the eff ectiveness of radiotherapy in patients with unresectable and recurrent locally advanced gastric cancer.Selecting gastric cancer patients admitted to the Fifth People’s Hospital of Qinghai Province from 2020 to 2022 as the study samples,64 locally advanced gastric cancer patients who could not be resected or relapsed were selected using inclusion and exclusion methods.Among them,26 patients relapsed after treatment and 38 patients who could not be resected were selected.Recurrent patients were classifi ed as Group A,while patients who could not be resected were classifi ed as Group B.Both groups of patients were treated with radiotherapy,Organize the remission status of two groups of patients’diseases and analyze the treatment eff ects of both groups of patients.The results showed that in the case of applying radiotherapy to patients,the disease relief was more signifi cant.At the same time,diff erent methods of chemotherapy based on the patient’s gastric cancer situation can signifi cantly improve the treatment eff ect of patients,signifi cantly improve their quality of life,and optimize the postoperative rehabilitation eff ect of patients,reducing the recurrence of gastric cancer.
