抗精神病长效针剂与长期口服抗精神病药物治疗慢性精神分裂症对照研究

摘　　要：观察抗精神病长效针剂与长期口服抗精神病药物治疗慢性精神分裂症的疗效。将70例慢性精神分裂症患者按本人及家属诉求分为长效针剂组和口服药物组,疗程16周,比较两组患者BPRS评分、不良反应发生情况、治疗依从性和治疗效果。结果显示,两组患者BPRS评分以及临床疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),长效针剂组患者不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05),治疗依从性更高(P<0.05),但治疗费用高于口服药物组(P<0.05)。研究发现,简化给药方式,使用长效针剂,是改善慢性精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的重要方案。采用医保报销+社会救助+财政兜底方式,个人自费部分可结合辖区卫健、民政、残联等部门的救治救助对策进行补助申请,不足部分有各区财政兜底的方式,更有益于社区推广。To observe the effi cacy of long-acting antipsychotic injections and long-term oral antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia.Seventy patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into long-acting injection group and oral drug group for 16 weeks according to the demands of themselves and their families,and the BPRS score,occurrence of adverse reactions,treatment compliance and treatment eff ect were compared between the two groups.The results showed that there was no signifi cant diff erence in BPRS score and clinical effi cacy between the two groups(P>0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the long-acting injection group was lower(P<0.05),and the treatment compliance was higher(P<0.05),but the treatment cost was higher than that in the oral drug group(P<0.05).The study found that simplifying the administration method and using long-acting injections is an important option to improve the treatment compliance of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Using the method of medical insurance reimbursement+social assistance+fi nancial support,the self-paid part of the individual can be combined with the treatment and assistance countermeasures of the health,civil aff airs,disabled persons’federation and other departments in the jurisdiction to apply for subsidies,and the insuffi cient part has the fi nancial support method of each district,which is more benefi cial to community promotion.
