分散式教学法在外科ICU实习生口腔护理操作技能培训中的应用研究

摘　　要：针对分散式教学法在外科ICU实习生口腔护理操作技能培训中的应用价值展开分析。选取2022年1月—2023年1月期间在中山市人民医院外科ICU进行口腔护理操作技能培训的82名实习生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各41名,对照组采用常规教学方法,研究组给予分散式教学法,比较两组实习生培训效果、核心能力、口腔护理操作技能培训满意度及学习积极性。结果显示,研究组实习培训效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组核心能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组口腔护理操作技能培训满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组学习积极性的各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在外科ICU实习生口腔护理操作技能培训中应用分散式教学法,有助于促进实习生主动学习,提高实习生学习能力及学习效果,实习生在外科ICU口腔护理操作技能培训中的满意度较高,值得临床推广与应用。Analyze the application value of decentralized teaching method in the training of oral nursing skills for surgical ICU interns.A total of 82 interns who underwent oral nursing skills training in the surgical ICU of Zhongshan City People’s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,with 41 students in each group.The control group used conventional teaching methods,while the research group received decentralized teaching methods.The training eff ectiveness,core abilities,satisfaction with oral nursing skills training,and learning enthusiasm of the two groups of interns were compared.The results showed that the internship training eff ect of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The core competency score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction score of oral nursing operation skill training in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The various indicators of learning motivation in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of decentralized teaching methods in the training of oral care operational skills for surgical ICU interns can help promote active learning among interns,improve their learning ability and eff ectiveness.Interns have a high level of satisfaction in the training of oral care operational skills in surgical ICU,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
