浅谈人工智能在高校青年教师教学和科研活动中的应用

摘　　要：随着人工智能技术的不断发展,高校青年教师教学、科研工作的模式和环境正在发生潜移默化的改变。如何有效促进教学与科研的平衡发展,是当前高校青年教师关注的热点问题。该研究针对高校青年教师如何正确看待人工智能带来的影响,以及如何运用人工智能来平衡教学与科研工作、推动自身职业发展的问题进行了论述,为高校青年教师的职业发展提供了一定的参考。With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,the models and environments of teaching and scientific research of young teachers in colleges and universities are undergoing subtle changes.How to effectively promote the balanced development of teaching and scientific research is a hot issue currently concerned by young teachers in colleges and universities.This study discusses how young teachers in colleges and universities correctly view the impact of artificial intelligence and how to use artificial intelligence to balance teaching and scientific research,and promote their own career development,hoping to provide certain reference for the career development of young teachers in colleges and universities.
