摘 要:该文分析了新工科背景下高校传统教学模式实践创新性人才培养现状,针对实践性课程内容与教学方法落后于新工科产业需求、实践课程资源投入与配套学时不足、校企合作缺乏长效机制等问题,提出产教协同育人、促进实践创新人才培养的改革措施。把改革措施运用到G校物理与光电工程人才培养实践中,经过3年多的改革实践与持续改进,该校专业人才培养质量取得明显提高,本科毕业生就业率连续三年提高。This paper analyzes the current situation of the traditional teaching model in colleges and universities cultivating practical and innovative talents under the background of new engineering.In view of the fact that the content and teaching methods of practical courses lag behind the industrial needs of new engineering,the invest⁃ment in practical course resources and supporting hours are insufficient,and the school-enterprise cooperation lacks a long-term mechanism,it puts forward reform measures for industry-education collaborative education to promote the cultivation of practical and innovative talents.Finally,the reform measures are applied to the practice of talent training in physics and optoelectronic engineering at G School.After more than three years of reform practice and continuous improvement,the quality of professional talent training has been significantly improved,and the employment rate of undergraduate graduates has continued to increase for three consecutive years.
