摘 要:立体化知识产权教学资源是复合应用型知识产权人才培养的重要支撑,也是学生知识结构优化的新依托和助力学生实践能力提升的新生态。构建基于知识图谱的立体化知识产权教学资源的具体路径,需借助Neo4j或其他类似工具,经过数据收集与预处理、本体构建与知识抽取、数据建模与知识存储3个阶段,形成能反映教材、课件、视频课程、法律法规、司法判例、测试题和其他教学要素之间内在联系的知识网络。基于知识图谱的立体化知识产权教学资源的具体应用,主要体现在更新和优化人才培养方案,进行更有针对性的指引和个性化教学,以及提升知识产权课程教学中的问答准确率和效率。Multidimensional teaching resources for intellectual property are not only a vital support for the cultivation of compound and applied intellectual property talents,but also a new foundation for optimizing students’knowledge structure and a new ecosystem that aids in enhancing students’practical ability.The specific path to construct multidimensional intellectual property teaching resources based on a knowledge graph is to use tools like Neo4j and go through three stages:data collection and preprocessing,ontology construction and knowledge extraction,data modeling and knowledge storage.Thus,a knowledge network can be formed to reflect the intrinsic connections between textbooks,presentations,video courses,laws and regulations,judicial cases,test questions,and other teaching elements.The specific application of multidimensional teaching resources based on the knowledge graph of intellectual property courses is primarily demonstrated in updating and optimizing the talent development plan,providing more targeted guidance and personalized teaching,as well as enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of Q&A in intellectual property course teaching.
