时代新人培育视角下高校教育管理路径探究

摘　　要：教育是国之大计、党之大计。培育时代新人是新时代高校育人的根本目标。文章立足时代新人的深刻内涵和培育时代新人的战略意义,剖析在培育时代新人过程中出现的思政教育方式模式化、实践活动内容形式化、高校教育主体单一化等问题,提出不断提升高校在出版育人、审美育人和“三全育人”等方面的理念,在教育出版融合转型、主流意识形态建构和协同育人体制建设等方面创新高校教育管理模式,强化高校实践活动的主动性和针对性,是高校培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人的重要路径。Education is the great plan of the country and the Party.Based on the profound connotation of new generation and the strategic significance of cultivating new generation,the paper analyzes such questions as,such as the modelization of ideological and political education,the formalization of practical activities,and the singleness of the subject of higher educationin in the process of fostering the new generation.To cultivate the new generation to shoulder the responsibility of national rejuvenation,it is an important path to continuously improve the concept of cultivating the new generation with education and publishing,aesthetics and"Three Wide Education",innovate the management model in the aspects of merging transformation of education publishing,mainstream ideology construction and collaborative education system construction,and to strengthen the initiative and pertinence of practical activities in colleges and universities.
