摘　　要：重视青年干部培养,功在当代,利在千秋。习近平总书记在多个重要场合围绕国情、党情、民情作出系列青年干部培养重要论述。其核心论域从必然要求、目标归属、实践向度三维度回答了为何要培养青年干部、培养什么样的青年干部、如何培养青年干部三个议题。习近平总书记关于青年干部培养的重要论述具备鲜明的政治性特征,同时具有思维方法上的科学辩证、理论内容的耳目一新、战略规划上的前瞻未来等鲜明特色,进一步丰富发展了中国特色社会主义青年干部培养理论体系,为做好新时期青年干部培养提供了根本遵循,为新时代青年干部的成长成才、建功立业指引道路,具有相当重要的理论、实践和时代价值。Attaching importance to the training of young cadres is of great benefit to the present and future generations.On many important occasions,president Xi Jinping made a series of important discussions on the training of young cadres around the national conditions,party sentiment and people sentiment.The core of the thesis is to answer three questions:why to train young cadres,what kind of young cadres to train and how to train young cadres from three dimensions:inevitable requirements,goal belonging and practical dimension.Xi’s important discussion on the training of young cadres has distinct political characteristics,and at the same time,it has distinct characteristics such as scientific dialectic in thinking method,refreshing in theoretical content,and looking forward to the future in strategic planning,which further enriches and develops the theoretical system of the training of young cadres under socialism with Chinese characteristics,and provides a fundamental basis for the training of young cadres in the new era.It is of great theoretical,practical and epochal value to guide the way for the growth and achievement of young cadres in the new era.
