摘　　要：介绍了LG220冷轧管机的主传动系统以及曲轴传动和平衡装置的机构组成、工作原理和结构特点,将主传动系统运动机构进行运动学结构简化,建立了主传动系统运动学参数计算公式,计算并得到了随转角φ变化,主传动系统机架和平衡重滑架位移、速度、加速度、角速度、角加速度的运动规律,为LG220冷轧管机主传动系统结构的设计提供了计算依据和理论基础,提高了LG220冷轧管机的设计准确度和设备精度。This article introduces the composition of the main transmission system,crankshaft transmission and balance device,as well as the working principle and structural characteristics of the LG220 cold rolling pipe mill,and simplifies the kinematic structure of the main transmission system motion mechanism.Through establishing a formula for calculating the kinematic parameters of the main transmission system,the motion rule of displacement,velocity,acceleration,angular velocity,and angular acceleration of frame and balance weight slide frame for the main transmission system,follow angleφchange,were calculated and obtained,which provides a calculation reasoning and theoretical basis for the design of the main transmission system structure of the LG220 cold rolling pipe mill,and improves the design accuracy and equipment precision.
