摘　　要：目的研究云南省助理全科医生培训学员的满意度及影响因素,为提高云南省助培质量提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,自行设计并发放问卷,抽取云南省8家助培基地322名助培学员进行问卷调查,最终对有效问卷进行统计学分析。结果云南省助理全科医生培训满意度为62.11%;男性学员(75.75%)的满意度优于女性学员(56.11%);州市级助培基地(68.21%)的学员满意度优于县级助培基地(52.75%);有序多分类Logistic回归分析显示,基地性质(OR=1.952,95%CI:1.218~3.127)、性别(OR=0.279,95%CI:0.162~0.481)、参加助培的身份(OR=0.288,95%CI:0.103~0.805)以及是否订单定向医学生(OR=4.726,95%CI:1.598~13.979)对助理全科医生培训满意度有影响。结论云南省助理全科医生培训满意度较低,性别、年龄影响助理全科医生培训满意度,建议根据不同性别、年龄学员的不同需求实行个性化培训;基地性质也影响助理全科医生培训满意度,建议加强对县级助培基地的基础设施建设。Objective To study the satisfaction and influencing factors of assistant general practitioners(GPs)in Yunnan Province and to provide reference for improving the quality of training in Yunnan Province.Methods A cluster sampling was used in this study.A total of 322 trainees from 8 training bases in Yunnan Province were selected to complete a self-administered questionnaire.The valid questionnaire was used to conduct the statistical analysis.Results The rate of training satisfaction among assistant GPs in Yunnan Province was 62.11%.Male trainees(75.75%)were more satisfied than female trainees(56.11%),and trainees in state-municipal training base(68.21%)were more satisfied than county trainees(52.75%).The ordinal logistic regression analysis showed that the nature of the base(OR=1.952,95%CI:1.218 to 3.127),sex(OR=0.279,95%CI:0.162 to 0.481),training status(OR=0.288,95%CI:0.103 to 0.805)and whether ordered medical students(OR=4.726,95%CI:1.598 to 13.979)were associated with assistant GP′s training satisfaction.Conclusion The training satisfaction of assistant GPs in Yunnan Province is low,and sex and age affect the training satisfaction of assistant GPs.It is recommended to implement personalized training according to the different needs of students across different gender and age.In addition,the nature of the base also affects the training satisfaction of assistant GPs.It is suggested to strengthen the infrastructure construction of the county-level assistant training base.
