摘 要:目的了解武汉市三甲医院护士职业获益感现状,分析护士职业获益感影响因素,为维护和促进护士心理健康提供依据。方法采用自行编制的一般资料调查表、简版护士职业获益感问卷对武汉市4所三甲综合医院、3所三甲专科医院共1986名护士进行调查,运用两独立样本t检验、方差分析、多重线性逐步回归分析等方法探讨护士职业获益感的影响因素。结果护士职业获益感总分为(66.99±10.60)分,得分最高和最低的维度分别是良好护患关系(4.08±0.63)分和正向职业感知(3.73±0.80)分。多重线性逐步回归分析显示,已婚、担任护理管理者或带教组长、对工资薪酬是否满意、自我感知压力大小是护士职业获益感的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论武汉市三甲医院护士职业获益感处于较高水平,护士对职业的正向感知仍存在提升空间。管理者可根据工作繁荣的社会嵌入模型,建立系统的组织管理方法,促进护士个体主观积极感知,提高职业获益感及工作激情。Objective To investigate the current status of nurses'perceived professional benefits in grade A tertiary hospitals in Wuhan,and analyze the influencing factors of nurses'perceived professional benefits.Methods A total of 1986 nurses from seven grade A tertiary hospitals in Wuhan were recruited and investigated by using the self-made general information questionnaire and a brief nurses'perceived professional benefit questionnaire(NPPBQ).Independent-sample t test,one-way analysis of variance,and multivariable linear stepwise regression were used to explore the associated factors of nurses'perceived professional benefit.Results The total score of nurses'perceived professional benefits was(66.99±10.60).The highest and the lowest dimensions were good nurse-patient relationship(4.08±0.63)and positive occupational perception(3.73±0.80).Multivariable linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors of nurses'perceived professional benefits were married,nursing mana-gers,teaching nurses,satisfaction with salary,and low self-perceived pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses'perceived professional benefits in grade A tertiary hospitals in Wuhan were at relatively high level and their positive perception of occupation still needs to be further strengthened.According to the social embedding model of thriving at work,managers can establish a systematic organization and management methods to promote nurses'individual subjective positive perception and improve their sense of professional benefits and work passion.
