摘　　要：目的基于计划-实施-研究-行动(PDSA)改进模型构建三级公立医院护理智慧管理指标体系,探索医院护理智慧管理新模式,为医院护理专业的智慧管理提供示范。方法研究数据值与真实值的差异,实现86+N项护理指标的常规监测与应用,制定改进措施,根据数据结果鉴别各措施效用。结果该体系应用后,医院患者满意度、护理关键闭环质量均得到提升,与应用前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);19项患者安全类指标均达到阈值要求,其中13项优于应用前。结论该体系的构建与应用,能够推动护理管理向“数字化、可视化、智慧化、精细化”管理模式转变。Objective Constructing a nursing smart management indicator system in tertiary public hospital based on PDSA improved model,explore the hospital nursing smart management mode,and provide a demonstration for the smart management of hospital nursing.Methods Study the difference between the data value and the real value,realize the routine monitoring and application of 86+N nursing indicators,formulate improvement measures,and identify the effectiveness of each measure according to the data results.Results After the application of the system,the satisfaction of third-party patients and the nursing key closed-loop quality were improved,with statistical significance compared with before application(P<0.05);All the 19 patient safety indicators reached the threshold,and 13 of them were better than before application.Conclusion The construction and application of nursing smart management indicator system can promote the transformation of nursing management to the management mode of“digitalization,visualization,intelligence and refinement”.
