摘　　要：目的设计基于患者体验的互联网医疗服务测评量表,丰富我国互联医疗服务质量测量工具。方法基于互联网医疗服务定义“患者体验”的内涵,设计患者体验蜂巢模型;结合患者访谈内容形成初步的互联网医疗服务测评量表项目池;最终使用专家咨询法确定评价量表。结果形成6个维度和3个整体满意度的互联网医疗服务患者体验评价量表,主要内容包括互联网医疗服务的可用性、有用性、可靠性、可寻性、合意性、可及性。实证检验的主要影响因素有内容效度指数、随机一致性概率、Kappa值。结论生成的基于患者体验的互联网医疗服务测评量表,具有适用性和实用性,可初步用于评估互联网医疗服务。Objective To design the internet medical service evaluation scale based on patient experience,and to enrich and develop our internet medical service quality evaluation tool.Methods Firstly,the concept of“patient experience”and the“patient experience honeycomb”model were defined based on the internet medical service combined with the content of patients’interviews,a preliminary internet medical service evaluation scale item pool was formed,and finally the evaluation scale was determined based on the expert consultation method.Results The internet medical service patient experience evaluation scale with 6 dimensions and 3 overall satisfaction was formed,the main contents include the availability of internet medical services,usefulness,reliability,findability,desirability,accessibility evaluation.The main influencing factors of empirical test are content validity index,probability of random consistency and Kappa value.Conclusion The internet medical service evaluation scale is applicable and can be used to evaluate internet medical service.
