摘　　要：推行卓越绩效模式是国有企业对标世界一流管理的一项重要内容。本文介绍了T/CCPITCSC 089—2021《卓越绩效评价准则国有企业》制定背景、标准结构安排及分值分布,指出了标准实施的要点,对标准的特点进行总结,为标准的应用提供了参考。The implementation of performance excellent model is an important part for state-owned enterprise to comply with world-class management.This paper introduces the background,standard structure arrangement and score distribution of T/CCPITCSC 089-2021,Criteria for performance excellence—State-owned enterprise,delineates the key points to implement the standard,summarizes the characteristics of the standard,and provides a reference for the application of the standard.
