摘　　要：DB3205/T 1030-2021《中小企业卓越绩效管理实施指南》为引导中小企业推广应用卓越绩效模式,识别中小企业可持续发展的关键因素,建立系统、有效的管理机制和方法提供了指引。本文首先介绍了DB3205/T 1030-2021的基本理念,然后从领导、战略、顾客、员工、运营、测量和结果7个方面详细分析了中小企业实施卓越绩效管理的要点,最后给出了中小企业过程管理成熟度和结果管理成熟度的评价方法,并对标准的特点进行总结和说明。DB3205/T 1030—2021,Guidelines of performance excellence management for small and medium-sized enterprises,provides guidance for SMEs to promote and apply the performance excellence model,identify the key factors for the sustainable development,and establish the systematic and effective management mechanism and method.This paper first introduces the basic concept of DB3205/T 1030—2021,then detailedly analyzes the key points of implementing performance excellence management in SMEs from seven aspects of leadership,strategy,customer,employee,operation,measurement and result,expounds the maturity evaluation methods of process management and result management in SMEs,and summarizes and explains the characteristics of this standard.
