摘 要:沿海城市是经济发展的龙头和对外交流的窗口,随着经济社会的快速发展,沿海城市的环境问题日益严重,对沿海城市的环境承载力进行评价已迫在眉睫。以浙江省乐清市为研究区,建立基于“环境—社会—经济—污染”的评价体系,从上述体系中选取18个评价指标构建环境承载力评价指标体系,并运用变异系数法对各指标赋予相应权重,在此基础上对研究区2006—2020年间的环境承载力进行综合评价;同时提取上述年份和区域的海岸线,讨论海岸线变迁与环境承载力变化间的耦合度。结果表明,乐清市环境承载力总体上随时间呈先减小后增大的趋势,内陆环境承载力优于沿海地区,针对当地环境承载力变化与海岸线变迁情况,提出其生态保护的相关建议,此研究成果可对沿海城市的生态文明建设以及可持续发展有重要的理论意义和实用价值。Coastal cities are the leaders of economic development and the window of foreign exchange.With the rapid development of economy and society,the environmental problems of coastal cities are are becoming increasingly serious.It is urgent to evaluate the environmental carrying capacity of coastal cities.Taking Yueqing City,Zhejiang Province as the research area,an evaluation system based on“environment-society-economy-pollution”is established.From the above system,18 evaluation indexes are selected to construct the evaluation index system of environmental carrying capacity,and the coefficient of variation method is used to assign corresponding weights to each index.On this basis,the environmental carrying capacity of the study area from 2006 tO_(2)020 is comprehensively evaluated.At the same time,the coastlines of the above years and regions are extracted,and the coupling degree between coastline changes and changes in environmental carrying capacity is discussed.The results show that the environmental carrying capacity of Yueqing City decreases first and then increases with time,and the inland environmental carrying capacity is better than the coastal area.In view of the changes in environmental carrying capacity and coastline changes,relevant suggestions for local ecological protection are put forward.The research results have important theoretical significance and practical value for the ecological civilization construction and sustainable development of coastal cites.
