我国农村订单定向医学生培养的研究态势可视化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨20年来我国定向医学生培养的研究热点及研究态势,为后续研究提供参考。方法以CNKI为数据来源,利用CiteSpace5.7.R.2软件,从时间分布、作者与机构分布、研究热点和研究趋势方面,对2001年1月1日至2021年1月1日期间发表的580篇文献进行文献计量和可视化分析。结果我国定向医学生培养的发文量总体呈现波动性上升,2016年到达峰值(67篇);发文量排在前三位的机构是赣南医学院、首都医科大学和复旦大学附属中山医院,研究团队间、研究机构间的合作紧密度不高,地域特征明显;高频关键词排在前三位的是“免费医学生”“全科医师”和“医学教育”;突现词排在前三位的是“社区卫生服务”“全科医学”和“医学教育”;多尺度图谱分析显示,研究主题主要集中于“全科医学”“教学改革”和“培养模式”。结论我国定向医学生培养研究蓬勃发展,政策制度是推动定向医学生培养的重要因素,合作交流是促进定向医学生培养的重要途径,定向医学生人才培养模式是当前研究的主要热点,全科医学教育教学体系建设是优化人才培养模式的重点。Objective To explore the research hotspot and trend on the training of targeted admission medical students in the past 20 years,and provide reference for the subsequent researches.Methods Using CNKI as data source,580 articles published from 2001-01-01 to 2021-01-01 were analyzed from time,author and institutional distribution,research hotspot and trend by using CiteSpace5.7.R.2.Results The annual number of publications demonstrated a fluctuating upward trend generally during the period,with a peak in 2016.The top three prolific institutions were Gannan Medical University,Capital Medical University Zhongshan Hospital Afliated to Fudan University.The cooperation among research teams and research institutions was not close,and the regional characteristics were obvious.The top three high-frequency keywords were"free medical students""general practitioner"and"medical education".Knowledge map of keywords with the strongest citation bursts showed that the top three were"community health services""general practice"and"medical education".Multiscale mapping analysis showed that the research topics mainly focused on"general practice""teaching reform"and"training mode".Conclusion The research on the training of targeted admssion medical students in China is increasingly flourishing.Relevant policies are the major facilitators for the training of targeted admission medical students.Cooperation and exchange is an important way to promote the cultivation of rural oriented medical students.The talent training mode of targeted admission medical students is the main hot topic of current research.The construction of general practice education and teaching system is the key point of optimizing the talent training mode.
