参苓白术散、耳穴压豆联合标准三联疗法治疗脾虚型幽门螺杆菌感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察参苓白术散加减、耳穴压豆联合西药标准三联疗法治疗脾虚型幽门螺杆菌感染的临床效果。方法 选取九江市中医医院2021年5月至2022年7月收治的102例脾虚型幽门螺杆菌感染患者,用随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗组,各组均51例;对照组予标准三联疗法(艾司奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊+阿莫西林胶囊+克拉霉素片),治疗组予参苓白术散加减、耳穴压豆联合标准三联疗法治疗;对比两组临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌根除率与复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗结束后1个月幽门螺杆菌根除率高于对照组,随访6个月幽门螺杆菌复发率均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组不良反应总发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 参苓白术散加减、耳穴压豆联合标准三联治疗脾虚型幽门螺杆菌感染患者效果较好,可提高幽门螺杆菌根除率,降低幽门螺杆菌复发率,且安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified shenling baizhu powder,auricular acupoint pressure bean combined with standard triple therapy of spleen deficiency type helicobacter pylori(HP)infection.Methods A total of 102 patients with HP infection with spleen deficiency treated in Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard triple therapy,and the treatment group was treated with modified shenling baizhu powder,auricular acupoint pressure bean combined with standard triple therapy.The clinical efficacy,eradication rate and recurrence rate of HP and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of HP in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 1 month after treatment,and the recurrence rate of HP in the treatment group at 6 months after follow-up was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between treatment group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified shenling baizhu powder,auricular acupoint pressure bean combined with standard triple treatment of HP infection patients with spleen deficiency has good effect,can improve the eradication rate of HP,reduce the recurrence rate of HP,and good safety.
