摘　　要：在三甲综合医院的组织管理工作中,医院干部能够发挥重要的作用,基于医院业务活动顺利开展与高效管理考虑,强调三甲综合医院干部的选拔和任用有突出现实意义。调查研究现阶段三甲综合医院干部的选拔任用情况,发现在这工作过程中存在着不少显著问题,对医院的具体工作产生了一定影响,因此在实践中积极分析具体问题并就处理策略进行探讨,该项工作现实意义显著。文章以某三甲综合医院干部选拔任用实践为例对工作过程中存在的具体问题进行分析,并对解决医院干部选拔工作问题的对策进行讨论,为工作实践提供指导,促进工作进步。Hospital cadres can play an important role in the organization and management of Grade three general hospitals.Considering the smooth development of hospital business activities and efficient management,it is of great practical significance to emphasize the selection and appointment of cadres in Grade Three general hospitals.The investigation and research on the selection and appointment of cadres in top three general hospitals at this stage found that there are many significant problems in the work process,which have a certain impact on the specific work of the hospital.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to actively analyze the specific problems and discuss the treatment strategies in practice.The article takes the practice of selecting and appointing cadres in a tertiary comprehensive hospital as an example to analyze the specific problems that exist in the work process,and discusses the countermeasures to solve the problems in hospital cadre selection work,providing guidance for work practice and promoting work progress.
