摘　　要：为纪念伟大领袖毛泽东诞辰130周年,学习他的《读苏联〈政治经济学教科书〉的谈话》,深化对习近平倡导的中国特色社会主义政治经济学守正创新的研究,有针对性地阐释政治经济学的人民性和科学性有机统一,同时正面剖析一些错误的认识。在此基础上,以为政治服务解读人民性,以中国特色社会主义经济三个基本课题说明科学性,以为人民服务的品格和认识论的三个循环公式向政治经济学界推荐守正创新的治学之路,并将这三个方面相融通。In order to commemorate the 13Oth anniversary of the birth of the great leader Mao Zedong,we have studied his Conversation on Reading the Soviet Union's Political Economics Textbook,deepened research on upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground of socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics advocated by Xi Jinping,and explained the people nature and scientific nature of political economics in a target manner,as well as directly analyzed some misunderstandings.On this basis,we interpret the people nature through serving politics,explain the scientific nature through three basic topics of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics,and recommend the way to study of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground to the political economics community through the character of serving the people and the three recurrent formulas of the epistemology,as well as integrate these three aspects.
