摘　　要：科技人才聚集是区域经济发展及科技创新的基础保障。本研究基于我国中西部地区科技人才聚集现状,剖析区域科技人才聚集成功案例,分析中西部地区科技人才聚集主要影响因素,归纳科技人才流动规律。进一步结合中西部地区经济发展水平、教育文化发展状况、科技人才发展及创新环境等,系统性提出实现中西部地区科技人才集聚对策,以期为我国中西部地区科技人才聚集相关政策制定提供理论支撑和参考。The gathering of scientific and technological talents is the basic guarantee for regional economic development and scientific and technological innovation.Based on the current situation of scientific and technological talents gathering in the central and western regions of China,this study analyzed the successful cases of regional scientific and technological talents gathering,studies the main influencing factors of scientific and technological talents gathering in the central and western regions,and summarizes the flow rules of scientific and technological talents.In combination with the economic development level,educational and cultural development status,scientific and technological talent development and innovation environment in the central and western regions,this study systematically put forward the countermeasures to realize the scientific and technological talent gathering in the central and western regions,providing theoretical support and reference for the formulation of relevant policies for the scientific and technological talent gathering in the central and western regions of China.
