摘  要:从乳状液的脱水率、动态稳定性参数、乳状液的体相流变和界面性质等方面,开展了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚类破乳剂对两亲聚驱采出乳状液破乳影响的研究。结果表明:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚类破乳剂分子加入到两亲聚驱乳状液后,随着破乳剂EO基百分数的增加,亲水的EO链段在水相中产生的空间位阻增强,水相中的疏水微区聚集体的结构变得松散,体系的黏度降低,弹性特点和变形恢复能力明显减弱。破乳剂分子中EO基所占比重越大,空间位阻作用越强,吸附在界面上的两亲聚合物的部分疏水基团与体相中聚合物的疏水基团缔合作用越弱,油水界面结构变得松散,油水界面以弹性为主的特征也逐渐减弱,其对两亲聚驱乳状液的破乳能力逐渐增强。The effects of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylenepolyoxypropylene ether demulsifiers on the demulsification of amphiphilic polymer flooding emulsion were studied from the aspects of dehydration rate,dynamic stability parameters,bulk phase rheology and interfacial properties of the emulsion.The results showed that with the increase of EO group percentage of demulsifier,the steric hindrance of hydrophilic EO chain segment in the water phase increased,the structure of hydrophobic micro-area aggregates in the water phase became loose,the viscosity of the system decreased,and the elastic characteristics and deformation recovery ability obviously weakened.The larger the proportion of EO group in demulsifier molecule,the stronger the steric hindrance,the weaker the association between some hydrophobic groups of amphiphilic polymer adsorbed on the interface and those of polymer in bulk phase,the looser the structure of oil-water interface,the weaker the elasticity of oil-water interface,and the stronger the demulsification ability of amphiphilic polymer flooding emulsion.
