摘 要:油田化学材料在采油过程的各个环节都发挥着重要作用,伴随着采油逐渐转向低渗透、致密、高温高盐等环境复杂的油藏,要求材料具有较强的环境适应能力,常规化学材料已无法满足油田的生产需求,开始向智能化转型。主要介绍了当前智能材料的机理研究,包括温度开关响应型、pH开关响应型、光开关响应型、CO_(2)开关响应型,结合油田现场条件将这些机理具体应用到表面活性剂、乳状液、钻井液、压裂液、泡排剂以及封窜剂等油田材料中,从而达到高效开采的目的。Oilfield chemical materials play an important role in every link of the oil recovery process.With the gradual shift of oil production to low permeability,tight,high temperature and high salt reservoir and other complex environment,materials are required to have a strong ability to adapt to the environment.Conventional chemical materials can no longer meet the production needs of the oilfield.In this paper,the current mechanism research of smart materialsincluding temperature switch response type,pH switch response type,light switch response type,CO_(2)switch response typewere mainly introduced.Combined with oilfield field conditions,these mechanisms were used to the surface active agent,emulsion,drilling fluid,fracturing fluid,bubble discharge agent and channing agent and other oilfield materials,so as to achieve the purpose of efficient exploitation.
