摘  要:基于传统手动攻丝机精度差、低效问题,研制一款多工位、高效率、可折臂式精密攻丝机。设备配置PLC可编程控制器与伺服系统,保障攻丝机的精度与可靠性,折臂结构使操作人员可根据控制器设定加工速度、有效深度、螺距等参数,攻丝机根据设计参数控制伺服电机精确加工出螺纹。该攻丝机可X、Y轴多方向多角度,具有高效率、高精度等显著优点,以及加工便捷、成本低等优势。In view of pooraccuracy and low efficiency of the traditional manual tapper,a multi-station,high-efficiency and folding-arm precision tapper is developed.The equipment is equipped with a programmable logic controller and a servo system to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the tapper,the foldingarm structure allows the operator to set the parameters such as the processing speed,effective depth and pitch based on the controller,and the tapper controls the servo motor according to the design parameters to accurately process the threads.The tapper can be used in multiple directions and angles along the X and Y axes,with significant advantages of high efficiency and high precision,as well as advantages of easy processing and low cost.
