摘  要:为有效解决工程船舶在航行和作业过程中柴油主机低功效、高油耗、高排放的问题,以全回转拖轮为例,介绍其特点和常见工况,以及纯电力驱动及混合动力驱动系统的工作原理。将不同动力类型全回转拖轮的运营情况采用图表的方法进行对比,并结合两艘实船案例,取得了全回转拖轮引入电力驱动不仅节能减排,还满足了拖轮小尺寸、大功率的工作要求,并使启停更加灵活,作业效率更高,同时可显著降低运营成本的结果。电力及混合动力系统应用于全回转拖轮具有较好的发展前景,为今后类似工程船舶的选型及应用提供参考。In order to effectively solve the problems of low efficacy,high fuel consumption and high emissions of diesel engines of engineering ships in the process of navigation and operation,taking the Z-drive tugboat as an example,its characteristics and common working conditions are introduced,as well as the working principles of the battery electric drive system and hybrid drive system.The operation situations of tugboats with different power types are compared by using charts.In conjunction with two cases of actual tugboats,it is found that the introduction of electric drive to the Z-drive tugboat not only saves energy and reduces emissions,but also meets the working requirements of small size and high power for the tugboat,while the startup and stop are more flexible,the operation efficiency is higher,and the operation costs are significantly reduced.It is concluded that the application of electric and hybrid systems to Z-drive tugboats has a good development prospect,which provides a reference for the selection and application of similar engineering ships in the future.
