摘  要:随着市域(郊)铁路快速发展,为保证线路安全高效运营,在地下盾构隧道内需安装各种机电暖通设备及系统管线。面对设备管线安装种类多、精度要求高、减小对结构影响等需求,研制一种专门用于盾构隧道内的预埋定位引孔套筒。套筒由上下两部分组成,上部为类梅花爪型部件,下部为六角带环径筒状部件,上下两部件间由承插球头卡扣结构相连。预埋完成后下部构件有效滞留在混凝土管片内。经过实验室受力试验与现场管片制作试验,套筒可满足预置管片与脱模要求,现场预埋成功率高且钻孔与引孔效果良好。With the rapid development of suburban railway,all kinds of electromechanical heating and ventilating equipment and system pipelines should be installed in underground shield tunnel,to ensure line safety and high⁃speed operation.In order to solve the installation of equipment pipeline variety,high precision requirements,and reduce the impact on the segment structure,a new type of preset positioning pilot hole sleeve specifically used for shield tunnel is developed.The sleeve consists of two parts,the upper part is a claw⁃shaped component,the lower part is a hexagonal cylindrical component,and the two parts are connected by a snap structure.After the pre⁃embedding is completed,the lower firmware remains in the concrete segment.After the stress tests in laboratory and field segment production tests,the stress of the sleeve was determined to meet the requirements of concrete segment presetting and demoulding.The successful rate of field pre⁃embedding is high,and the effects of drilling and guiding hole are good.
