摘　　要：建设和完善市场导向的绿色技术创新生态系统是解决生态问题的根本途径,对其演化规律进行研究,有助于绿色技术创新发展。在分析市场导向绿色技术创新生态系统演化机理的前提下,对系统空间演化的过程进行研究。绿色技术创新系统空间演化可以分为整体结构演化、核心主体位置特征演化和创新主体分布演化三个方面,浙江省以“八八战略”为指引,以政策引导和市场机制为推手,绿色技术创新生态系统整体结构上构建了以实验室—科学观测研究站—联合研究平台—技术转化平台为核心的创新体系,处于系统结构演化发展阶段;核心主体位置特征方面,浙江省有一批中型核心企业,但缺少大型核心企业的带动;创新主体分布演化方面,浙江省形成了新能源产业集群,分布相对较为松散。要促进浙江省绿色创新生态系统的发展和完善,仍需要政府引导,最终促进市场机制的形成。Constructing and improving the market-oriented green technology innovation ecosystem is the fundamental way to solve ecological problems;a study of its evolution law is conducive to the innovation and development of green technology.Based on the analysis of the evolution mechanism of market-oriented green technology innovation ecosystem,the paper analyzes the spatial evolution process of the system.The paper holds that the spatial evolution of green technology innovation system falls into three aspects:the evolution of overall structure,the evolution of core subject location characteristics and the evolution of innovation subject distribution.Guided by the“Double-Eight Strategy”and driven by policy guidance and market mechanism,Zhejiang province has built an innovation system centered on a laboratory,scientific observation and research station,joint research platform and technology transformation platform in the overall structure of green technology innovation ecosystem,which is now in the stage of system structure evolution and development.In terms of the location characteristics of the core subject,there are a number of medium-sized core enterprises in Zhejiang province,but they lack the drive of large-scale core enterprises;in terms of the distribution and evolution of innovation subjects,Zhejiang province has formed a new energy industrial cluster which is relatively loosely distributed.To promote the development and perfection of green innovation ecosystem in Zhejiang province,it still needs the guidance of the government with a view to finally promoting the formation of market mechanism.
