摘 要:重氮萘醌(DNQ)及其衍生物的结构中具有重氮基团和羰基等多个光敏活性官能团,经光照后其重氮基团发生Wolff重排,转化为亲水性茚羧酸。在光刻胶领域,茚羧酸可促进正性光刻胶树脂的分解和溶解性能,有利于提高图案的分辨率;DNQ结构中有非极性的苯环可用于封装疏水性纳米药物,当其发生光敏反应时,通过其结构极性转变,能实现纳米药物的定量、定时和定位输送。本文总结了DNQ及其衍生物在光刻胶和纳米药物控制释放领域的应用和研究进展,介绍了其作为光致产酸剂的作用机理研究;展望了其在化学和生物医疗等领域的应用前景。Diazonaphthoquinone(DNQ)and its derivatives were composed with several photosensitive functional groups such as diazo and carbonyl groups.The diazo groups could undergo Wolff rearrangement under light and they could be converted into hydrophilic indenyl carboxylic acids.In the field of photoresist,such indene carboxylic acid could promote the decomposition,dissolution and pattern resolution properties of positive photoresist resin.Meanwhile,the non⁃polar benzene ring in DNQ structure could be used to encapsulate hydrophobic nanomedicines,which could be realized the quantitative,timed and localized delivery through their structural polarity changing due to the photosensitive reaction.In this paper,the application and research progress of action for the DNQ and its derivatives in the field of photoresist and nano⁃drug carrier is summarized,and the mechanism of action for the DNQ using as a photoacid generator is introduced.In the end,the application prospect of DNQ and its derivatives in chemistry,biomedicine and other fields is prospected.
