摘  要:杆状病毒是一类具有双链、环状DNA的病毒,因其在生物防治方面具有宿主专一性强、对人畜无害、对环境安全和可自然传播等特点,而得到人们广泛的关注。本文概述了昆虫杆状病毒特征和作为表达系统的应用。野生型昆虫杆状病毒具有杀虫速度慢、稳定性差和宿主域窄等缺点,因此本文还介绍了通过基因工程改造野生型昆虫杆状病毒,以提高其作用效率和扩大杀虫谱的方法,同时对杆状病毒的应用前景做出了展望。Baculovirus is a kind of virus with double-stranded and circular DNA,which has attracted wide attention because of its characteristics in biocontrol field with host specificity,harmless to humans and animals,environmental safety and natural transmission.In this paper,the characteristics of insect baculovirus and its application as an expression system are reviewed.Wild-type insect baculovirus has the disadvantages of slow killing speed,poor stability and narrow host domain,so this paper also intro-duces the method of modifying wild-type insect baculovirus by genetic engineering to improve its effi-ciency and expand its insecticidal spectrum.At the same time,the application prospect of baculovirus is prospected.
