摘  要:从中性笔芯出墨量测试参数的分析中,运用量纲分析的方法成功构建了中性笔出墨量与测试条件参数之间的数学模型,并以0.5 mm子弹头中性笔芯为研究对象进行了多组实际测试,得出了书写载荷、书写角度、书写间距、书写速度以及书写纸等因素与出墨量之间的变化关系,求解了模型中的各个参数。在实际工作中可以利用模型较好地预测和估算笔芯匹配方案的出墨量,对笔头制造、墨水研制、匹配试验等有一定的指导作用。From the analysis of the ink flow rate test parameters of the gel pen refill,the mathematical model between the ink flow rate of the gel pen refill and the test condition parameters is successfully constructed by using the dimensional analysis method.Taking the 0.5 mm bullet-type gel pen refill as an example,several groups of tests are carried out,and the relationship between the ink flow rate and the writing load,writing angle,writing distance,writing speed and writing paper is obtained.The parameters of the model are solved.In practical work,the model can be used to predict and estimate the ink flow rate of the refill matching scheme,which has a certain guiding role in the manufacture of the gel pen tip,the development of the ink and the matching test.
