摘　　要：目的探究应用尼莫地平、软通道血肿穿刺引流术联合治疗高血压脑出血患者的治疗效果以及对患者神经功能的影响。方法于2021年1月~2023年6月,选取我院高血压脑出血患者78例,随机将其分为对照组、研究组,各39例。分析两组患者治疗前、后血肿、水肿体积情况、炎症指标水平、NIHSS、ADL评分、血清神经递质水平、并发症情况以及两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后研究组血肿、水肿体积情况、炎症指标水平、NIHSS评分、NSE水平低于对照组,ADL评分、NTF、NGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗并发症情况高于对照组(P>0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用尼莫地平联合软通道血肿穿刺引流术治疗高血压脑出血患者,可有效改善患者神经功能和生活质量,缓解患者体内血肿、水肿体积,降低并发症发生的可能性,治疗效果较为理想。Objective Explore the effect of nimodipine combined with soft channel hematoma puncture and drainage on neurological function in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods From January 2021 to June 2023,78 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected from our hospital.According to the random number table method,78 patients were divided into a control group and a study group,with 39 patients in each group.Analyze the volume of hematoma and edema,inflammatory index levels,NIHSS,ADL scores,serum neurotransmitter levels,complications,and treatment outcomes of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the study group showed lower levels of hematoma,edema volume,inflammatory indicators,NIHSS score,and NSE level compared to the control group,while the ADL score,NTF,and NGF levels were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nimodipine combined with soft channel hematoma puncture and drainage surgery in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients can effectively improve their neurological function and quality of life,alleviate the volume of hematoma and edema in the patient's body,reduce the possibility of complications,and have an ideal treatment effect.
