摘 要:随着我国特高压交直流混联电网的规模不断扩大,可再生能源以及电力电子设备的渗透率持续升高,电网安全稳定运行面临着巨大的风险与挑战,人工智能技术以其强大的数据挖掘能力为电力系统安全稳定控制提供了新的思路。文中首先从电网数据特征、失稳机理、控制决策要求方面分析了人工智能应用于安全稳定控制中的合理性,并综述了人工智能在预防控制、紧急控制、预防-紧急协调控制中的应用,最后讨论了人工智能应用在安全稳定控制中的若干问题,为提升电网安全稳定控制的智能化水平提供参考。With the continuous expansion of the scale of UHV AC/DC hybrid power grid in China and the continuous increase of the penetration of renewable energy and power electronic equipment,the safe and stable operation of power system is facing great risks and challenges.Artificial intelligence technology provides a new idea for power system security and stability control with its powerful data mining ability.Firstly,this paper analyzes the rationality of the application of artificial intelligence technology in security and stability control from the aspects of power grid data characteristics,instability mechanism and control decision requirements,and summarizes the use of artificial intelligence in power system preventive control,emergency control,and prevention-emergency coordinated control.Finally,some problems in the application of artificial intelligence technology in security and stability control are discussed,which provides a reference for improving the intelligent level of power grid security and stability control.
