摘　　要：消化系统肿瘤的发病率和病死率均较高,是影响国人健康的重要系统性疾病。目前手术仍然是消化系统肿瘤患者最主要的治疗方法。静脉麻醉药物是外科手术中广泛使用的药物,其通过调节多种信号通路、下游分子、非编码RNA的表达抑制消化系统肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭等,发挥抗癌作用。此外,静脉麻醉药物也可与抗肿瘤药物发挥协同作用。未来还需要更多大型前瞻性多中心研究,以为指导消化系统肿瘤手术中麻醉剂的选择提供依据。The incidence and mortality of digestive system tumors are both high,and they are major systemic diseases that affect the health of Chinese people.Currently,surgery is still the main treatment for patients with digestive system tumors.Intravenous anesthetics are widely used drugs in surgical procedures,which exert their anticancer effects by regulating the expression of various signaling pathways,downstream molecules,and non-coding RNA to inhibit the proliferation,migration and invasion of digestive system tumor cells.In addition,intravenous anesthetics can also have synergistic effects with anti-tumor drugs.In the future,more large-scale prospective multicenter studies are needed to provide a basis for guiding the selection of anesthetics in surgeries for digestive system tumors.
