摘 要:近年来,代谢重编程在结直肠癌(CRC)的发病机制中受到越来越多的关注。代谢重编程的研究主要集中在两个方面:代谢通路的异常激活导致癌细胞在缺氧或低营养状态下仍然能够维持生存;代谢重编程还能够改变肿瘤微环境,从而促进肿瘤的侵袭和转移。此外,代谢重编程还被作为CRC的治疗靶点,通过干扰代谢通路,如靶向肿瘤细胞的葡萄糖代谢通路和三羧酸循环,抑制肿瘤的生长和转移。因此,代谢重编程在CRC的发病机制中扮演重要角色,有望成为该疾病的治疗靶点。In recent years,metabolic reprogramming has received increasing attention in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer(CRC).Research on metabolic reprogramming mainly focuses on two aspects:abnormal activation of metabolic pathways allows tumor cells to survive under hypoxia or low-nutrition conditions;metabolic reprogramming can also change the tumor microenvironment,promoting tumor invasion and metastasis.In addition,metabolic reprogramming is also used as a therapeutic target for CRC.By interfering with metabolic pathways,such as targeting the glucose metabolism pathway and the tricarboxylic acid cycle of tumor cells,tumor growth and metastasis can be inhibited.Therefore,metabolic reprogramming plays an important role in the pathogenesis of CRC and is expected to become a therapeutic target for the disease.
