摘  要:转移是晚期癌症患者死亡的最主要原因。环状RNA(circRNA)作为一类新兴的非编码RNA,与肿瘤发生发展的密切关系已在众多研究中得到证实。在肿瘤细胞从迁移起始到局部浸润,再到脉管系统中存活和定位,最后到脉管系统外渗和转移灶定植这一系列复杂的转移细胞生物学行为中,circRNA将侵袭-转移级联各环节联系起来。在这些过程中,circRNA通过调控肿瘤细胞的上皮-间充质转化、肿瘤微环境、氧化应激以及肿瘤免疫等,发挥促进血管生成、细胞侵袭迁移等肿瘤恶性行为的作用。因此,对circRNA进行深入探索有利于研究者阐明肿瘤转移的基本原理。Metastasis is the leading cause of death in advanced cancer patients.Circular RNA(circRNA),as an emerging class of non-coding RNA,have been confirmed in numerous studies to have a close relationship with the occurrence and development of tumors.In the complex biological behavior of tumor cells,from migration initiation to local infiltration,to survival and localization in the vascular system,and finally to extravasation of the vascular system and colonization of metastatic foci,circRNA connects various stages of the invasion-metastasis cascade.In these processes,circRNA plays a role in promoting tumor malignant behaviors such as angiogenesis,cell invasion and migration by regulating the epithelial-mesenchymal transition,tumor microenvironment,oxidative stress,and tumor immunity of tumor cells.Therefore,an in-depth exploration of circRNA is beneficial for the researchers to elucidate the basic principles of tumor metastasis.
