摘  要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是最常见的引起老年性痴呆的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。目前,对于AD尚无有效治疗方法。近年来,植物提取物因其较强的安全性和广泛的药理作用受到关注。其中,萝卜硫素(SFN)具有抗癌、抗氧化应激、抗炎、免疫调节、凋亡调节等多种药理作用,其通过直接影响β淀粉样蛋白和tau蛋白、抗氧化应激、抗炎、抑制小胶质细胞激活、调控自噬等多种作用机制发挥神经保护作用,改善AD症状,延缓或抑制AD的发展。未来深入研究SFN对AD的作用机制,有望为AD的研究与治疗提供新策略。Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is the most common degenerative disease of the central nervous system that causes senile dementia.At present,there is no effective treatment for AD.In recent years,plant extracts have attracted attention due to their strong safety and extensive pharmacological effects.Among them,sulforaphane(SFN)has various pharmacological effects such as anti-cancer,anti-oxidative stress,anti-inflammatory,immune regulation,apoptosis regulation,etc.It plays a neuroprotective role through directly affecting amyloidβ-protein,tau proteins,antioxidant stress,anti-inflammation,inhibition of microglial activation,regulation of autophagy and other mechanisms,therefore can improve AD symptoms,delay or inhibit the development of AD.In the future,further research on the action of mechanism of SFN on AD is expected to provide new strategies for AD research and treatment.
