摘　　要：近年来,我国出台或修订了许多与生育和性教育相关的政策、法律法规。同时,随着性科学研究的深入,对性的认识或观念不断更新,性教育现状与环境也发生了较大变化,这既为我国性健康教育提供了强有力的法律保障,也提出了新的要求、教育内容和实施路径。《大学生性健康教育(第四版)》的修订是落实国家性教育政策、法律法规的重要举措,促进了中国式性教育的全面普及与健康发展,对提升学生性健康素养、促进学生全面发展有重要意义,也有利于提高全民健康意识和能力。In recent years,China has introduced or revised many policies,laws and regulations related to fertility and sexual education.At the same time,with the deepening of sexual science research,the understanding or concept of sexuality is constantly updated,and the current situation and environment of sexual education have undergone significant changes.This not only provides strong legal guarantee for sexual health education in China,but also puts forward new requirements,educational contents,and implementation paths.The revision of“sexual health education for college students(fourth revision)”is an important measure to implement national sexual education policies,laws and regulations,promote the comprehensive popularization and healthy development of Chinese-style sexual education,and is of great significance for improving students′sexual health literacy and promoting their comprehensive development.It is also conducive to improving the public′s awareness and ability of health.
