摘　　要：目的 探讨基于信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)理论的协调护理模式对眼外伤手术患者的影响。方法 选取421例2019年6月至2022年6月于河南科技大学第一附属医院医院接受眼外伤手术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组(210例)接受常规住院护理干预,观察组(211例)在常规护理的基础上接受基于IKAP理论的协调护理模式护理干预。比较两组患者心理状态、护理依从性、生活质量与护理满意度。结果 SAS与SDS评分方面,两组干预后均出现一定程度的下降,观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理依从性、生活质量、护理满意度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 基于IKAP理论的协调护理模式能有效改善眼外伤手术患者不良心理状态,提高术后治疗依从性、生活质量与护理满意度。Objective To explore the influence of coordinated nursing mode based on information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)theory on patients undergoing eye trauma surgery.Methods A total of 421 patients who received eye trauma surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group(210 cases)received routine inpatient nursing intervention,and the observation group(211 cases)received coordinated nursing intervention based on IKAP theory.The psychological state,nursing compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results SAS and SDS scores in both groups decreased to a certain extent after intervention,and those in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The coordinated nursing model based on IKAP theory can effectively improve the adverse psychological status,postoperative treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with ocular trauma surgery.
