摘　　要：石窟寺是人类文明和文化遗产的重要组成部分,对于人类文明的发展和研究具有重要意义。本文针对石窟寺类世界文化遗产的特殊构成特征与可持续传承保护与管理的迫切需要,借鉴联合国2030年可持续发展目标群的设计框架和思想理论,围绕经济目标群、环境目标群和社会目标群3个方面,结合中国文化遗产保护的思想发展,通过梳理石窟寺类文化遗产可持续发展指标体系构建路径,研究构建特定适合石窟寺类文化遗产可持续发展的评估指标体系。以大足石刻保护区为例,从经济目标群中的经费投入与门票收入、环境目标群中的水和大气的定点观测以及社会目标群中的游客数量3个方面,采用多年期的现场监测数据,开展石窟寺类文化遗产可持续发展指标体系间的协同和权衡关系的初步讨论,探索石窟寺类世界文化遗产可持续发展指标体系间的内在联系,为中国石窟寺类文化遗产预防性保护和展开利用工作提供借鉴指导。The grotto temples have played an indispensable role in the development of human civilization and have great cultural heritage value.Given its unique characteristics as a world cultural heritage,there is an urgent need for sustainable conservation,protection and management.In response to this demand,this study draws on the design framework and theory of the United Nations 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and combines it with the ideas of Chinese cultural heritage protection.The study focuses on three key aspects:economic target groups,environmental target groups and social target groups.By analyzing and digesting these elements,a sustainable development indicator system for the protection and development of cultural heritage,especially grotto temples,was established to construct an evaluation index system suitable for the sustainable development of the cultural heritage of the grotto temples.Taking the Dazu Rock Carvings Reserve as an example,a comprehensive field investigation has been conducted for many years,including three different dimensions:the economic aspect,examining financial investment and ticket revenue;the environmental aspect,including fixedpoint observations of water and atmosphere;and the social aspect,involving monitoring number of tourists.Against this background,a preliminary discussion was carried out on the synergy and trade-off relationship between the sustainable development indicator systems of the grotto temple-type cultural heritage.This exploration reveals the intrinsic connection between these indicators and provides valuable guidance for the active protection and utilization of cultural heritage such as grotto temples in China.In summary,this study contributes to the sustainable development of the cultural heritage of the grotto temples by establishing an indicator system and emphasizing their interdependence.The findings help inform strategic plans for preventive conservation and optimal utilization of cultural heritage,thus ensuring its long-term preservation in the future.
