摘  要:基于成渝地区和长三角地区2012—2021年高技术产业的产业链、创新链和资金链“三链”的相关数据,构建复合系统协同度模型,进行实证分析比较,发现成渝地区高技术产业“三链”协同发展的问题主要是:总体波动较大;内部城市之间协同效应较弱,产业结构单一且规模较小;“创新链”与“资金链”协同度远不及长三角地区。长三角地区高技术产业发展对成渝地区有三点启示:扩大高技术主导产业规模和企业数量,提升高技术产业集群化程度;打破区域内各城市间高技术产业的“壁垒”,实现一体化发展;增加高技术产业创新链的资金有效供给,加大科技研发投入力度。Based on the relevant data of the industrial chain,innovation chain and capital chain of the high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing region from 2012 to 2021,a composite system synergy degree model is constructed,and empirical analysis and comparison are carried out.It is found that the problems of the"three chains"collaborative development of the high-tech industry in Chengdu-Chongqing region are as follows:the overall fluctuation is large;The synergies between the inner cities are weak,and the industrial structure is single and small in scale.The synergy between"innovation chain"and"capital chain"is far less than that in the Yangtze River Delta region.The development of high-tech industry in the Yangtze River Delta region has three enlightenments for Chengdu-Chongqing region:expanding the scale and number of high-tech leading industries and enhancing the degree of high-tech industry cluster;Break the"barriers"of high-tech industry among cities in the region to achieve integrated development;We will increase the effective supply of funds for the innovation chain of high-tech industries and increase investment in scientific and technological research and development.
