摘 要:教育数字化的转型对学生自主学习能力培养提出了巨大挑战,探究地方高校学生自主学习能力对高校创新型人才培养、国家终身学习型社会的建设起到关键作用。采用自主学习能力量表等,从学习动机、自我效能感、学习目标、学习方法、师生因素及环境因素等方面,对4所地方高校496名学生进行了调查研究。结果显示:学生自主学习能力总体水平一般、内部差异性较大;女生在学习动机、学习目标、学习方法、师生因素、环境因素层面均高于男生,并且存在显著性差异,自我效能感男生优于女生;不同学科自主学习能力存在显著差异,理工类学生学习动机、自我效能感、学习目标、学习方法优于文史类和术科类学生,师生因素文史类学生高于理工类学生和术科类学生,环境因素术科类学生受影响高于文史类和理工类学生。The transformation of education digitization poses a great challenge to the cultivation of students’self-regulated learning ability.Exploring the self-regulated learning ability of local college students play a key role in the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities.At the same time,it contributes to the construction of a national lifelong learning society.By using the self-directed learning ability scale,496 students from 4 local universities were investigated from the aspects of learning motivation such as self-efficacy,learning goals,learning methods,teacher-student factors and environmental factors.The results showed that the overall level of students’self-directed learning ability was average,with large internal differences.Girls are higher than boys in learning motivation,learning goals,learning methods,teacher-student factors and environmental factors,and there is a significant difference and self-efficacy of boys is better than girls.There are significant differences in the autonomous learning ability of different disciplines.The learning motivation,self-efficacy,learning goals and learning methods of science and engineering students are better than those of literature and history and technical subjects.Moreover,the teacher-student factors of literature and history are higher than those of science and technology.In addition,environmental factors affect the latter more than those of literature and history and technical subjects.
