摘 要:基于用户的需求,对智能清洁机器人进行研究,总结现有产品优缺点,进行产品的创新设计,为未来的智能清洁机器人提供一定的设计参考。运用产品调研法总结现有产品痛点,以用户体验相关理论作为研究基础,进行定量调研和定性调研,得到用户需求后进行深入细致的分析研究,总结产品设计点及定位。将用户体验应用到智能清洁机器人的设计中,对产品进行功能、造型和CMF等方面的设计。设计时要深度挖掘用户需求,秉持用户体验设计原则,智能清洁机器人的设计研究也为清洁行业的发展提供了参考。on the needs of users,the intelligent cleaning robot is studied,the advantages and disadvantages of existing products are summarized,and the innovative design of products is carried out,which provides a certain design reference for the future intelligent cleaning robot.Use the product research method to summarize the pain points of existing products,take the relevant theories of user experience as the research basis,conduct quantitative research and qualitative research,obtain the user needs,conduct in-depth and detailed analysis and research,and summarize the product design points.The user experience is applied to the design of intelligent cleaning robot,and the function,modeling and CMF of the product are designed.When designing,we should deeply explore the needs of users and adhere to the design principle of user experience.The design and research of intelligent cleaning robots also provide reference for the development of the cleaning industry.
